Shine Peak’s machine is specially designed for producing 5-gallon bottles and 25L wide-mouth jars. It has an output of up to 90 bottles per hour for 5-gallon bottles and can even reach 120 bottles per hour in certain cases.

Shine Peak’s machine consists of the main unit and a rotary infrared heater. Unlike ordinary quartz lamps, which struggle to evenly heat thick-walled preforms, the high-penetration infrared heater can simultaneously heat both the inside and outside of the preform, ensuring even heating and high-quality shaping.
During production, the operator simply places the heated preform into the blow mold and presses the switch. The computer then manages the entire process automatically.
