Shine Peak’s bottle washing-filling-capping machine operates with a screw feeder that transports bottles into the system. Once the bottle reaches the filler, it is held in place by a neck-holding plate. The filling valve, activated by a cam, moves up and down, utilizing a pressure filling method. The valve opens to begin filling when it touches the bottleneck, and when the filling is complete, the valve moves up and disengages from the bottleneck. The filled bottle is then transferred to the capping section via a neck-holding transition poking wheel.
In the capping section, a stop screwing knife holds the bottleneck, ensuring the bottle stays upright and does not rotate. The screw capping head rotates automatically, completing the entire capping process, which includes catching, pressing, screwing, and discharging, all driven by the cam’s action. The filled and capped bottle is then moved to the bottle outlet conveyor for the next stage of the process.
The entire machine is enclosed with windows, with the window height exceeding the peak of the 3-in-1 machine. A return air outlet is located at the bottom of the enclosed window.
