The energy drinks beverage production line from Shine Peak is designed to meet the technical requirements for hot filling at 85-90°C. The filling valve and material inlet/outlet pipelines are engineered with no sanitary dead space, and the system is equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) function for efficient cleaning.
The equipment uses a magnetic torque-type capping head to perform both cap catching and screwing functions. The capping torque is adjustable for precise control.
Additionally, the line includes an advanced material return system, allowing for independent air return during the process, which prevents contact with materials and reduces secondary contamination and oxidation.
This equipment is ideal not only for producing energy drinks but also for a variety of other beverages, including pure water and mineral water filling production lines.
