  Framework
  All industrial standard alternators are IP21(NEMA1), and IP 23 is also an option, but the rated power will be reduced by 5%.
  The Marine standard alternator is ip23. An air filter is an option, but the rated power of the alternator will be reduced by 5% while being installed.

  Axes and keys
  All alternator rotors should pass the balance test, and their vibration should be lower than the minimum value of BS6861 P.1 G. 2.5 Two-bearing alternators have a half-key test balance.

  Terminals and junction boxes
  The three alternators have 12 leads leading out of the terminals in the junction box. The terminal is placed on the non-drive end. The box is equipped with detachable panels.

  Engine adapters and couplings
  The SLG series alternators of the new era have two structures.
  The new era SLG series single bearings, engine adapters to SAE00, 0,1, 2,3, 4,5 and 6 coupling discs to SAE6.5, 7.5, 8, 10, 11.5, 14, 18,21 and 24 are available.
  The new era SLG series dual bearings, engine adapters up to SAE0, 1,2,3,4 and 5 are available.

  Voltage regulation
  Voltage regulation refers to the variation of voltage from no-load to full-load, the power factor from 0.8 to 1, and the fluctuation of 3% engine speed. The voltage is regulated by an AVR potentiometer.

  Electrical function

  Insulation class H
  All the regulating components are made of special materials and immersed in paint through special techniques. Vanish and colophony materials were developed to enhance the processing and mechanical strength of windings and rotating components, in order to protect alternators from operating in corrosive environments.

  Winding and electrical functions
  The 2/3 pulp winding design can effectively eliminate the third harmonic of the voltage (the 3rd, 9th, and 15th), which is the best design for UPS for nonlinear loads. Connected in parallel with the network, this structure can suppress excessive current on the neutral line. This and the 2/3 spacing are helpful for checking wave distortion and output voltage.

  Telephone interference and radio interference
  THF (defined by Part 40 of BS4999) <2%.TIF<50
  Brushless devices and quality AVR ensure that radio interference during transmission is minimal. RFI noise filters are also available.

  Manufacturing standard
  GB755, BS 5000, VDE 0530, NEMA MG1-22, iec34.

  Warranty period
  The alternator is warranted for 12 months from the date of notification of waiting for transportation. Or 1200 running time (whichever is shorter).

Check:

Each generator should be tested in the manufacturer’s workshop before shipment.

All relevant information and drawings related to the test and test procedures should be sent to the customer before the test date notice.

3. All accompanying documents correspond to the actual situation of the generator, including the certificate of conformity, parameters and performance indicators.

Guarantee:

1. Guarantee one year or 1,000 hours from the date of shipment from the ship (whichever comes first).
